Well this was a long time coming, but I suppose you all should know now before you get confused. I officially resigned this week from staff of Integrability and its subsidiaries. This was not out of spite of anyone or anything here, this was of my own volition. Unlike my previous years and works here in the community, some of you may have noted my lack of contribution this year compared to years past. It wasn't as if I was avoiding this place as I've always been here everyday and online everyday. However, my focus and attention has significantly taken a fall in which I do believe I would never climb out of as I have no idea where to take this place as I previously taken this place to new horizons in the past. Personally, I also feel as if I always held back the staff with my own views and my own will, a will that I put on the teams to prevent them from excelling and creating bigger and cosmic ideas. But I do believe we still have a strong minded staff and a well known community of people that many of you will find a new plateau to move this place towards.

You may have noted my rank has changed from Network Administrator to IPB Support. Why has this been done? Even though I am removed from staff, I will continue to make the necessary purchases to keep this webserver online and the domain named paid for as well as the licenses to operate this forum software and its' subsidiaries. And I will continue to manually update the forum software to ensure security exploits covered. Granted I am not staff, I will continue to do these things. But also note since I am not staff, I am not a means to communicate with the staff of this community in terms of community business, current staff personnel, staff hiring or terminations, general harassment, lost passwords or account names, events, essentially any staff level related decisions I am exempt from. I am nothing more now than your community member like most of yourselves and nothing more.

And that in mind, even though I resigned, this does not mean I am leaving this place. I will of course continue to participate with this community and make numerous posts still. But keep in mind that there is a very powerful staff team still here whom has the experience, the tools, and the dedication to move this community on and further and to help you when only asked. On the Administrators there are Effie, Rego, SJ, evilteenietiff and Piros the Third to drive this place and its people. With the moderators we have Shado, Ryo, and Balmung maintaining order and watching over posts and users behaviors. The GM's are still just as powerful as ever with minds like Oroton, Dragon_of_FAITH, Pink, and Satski building structure and events. And even other community projects like Rion and foxfire122 whom are on the MMO team, and lets not forget Phyllo the webcomic designer whom has some pretty awesome comic sketches that will grasp a few readers. So don't let me be the reason as to why there isn't somebody you can talk to, there are many and they are devoted. All you must do is support them and they will provide you with many greatness, opportunities, and a brighter better future.

While gone I noticed a few certain people exclaimed this community was dying or that it was so bad that even the owners had got up and left. This was never true. In fact the role-play was pushed even harder by two respective owners Piros and Tiff. Many of us admins have gone through a lot of life changes much like many of you, but even though I had resigned my post, as I previously mentioned I would remain and post where I could, and I did. You may have even seen my quite festive and active as always in the chatroom on a few occasions, had we'd copy and posted our topics in the Misadventures thread.

But that aside, I mentioned my previous directions felt too strict on our staff and I sitting back and being lax and not carrying much of my own weight here led me to resign. After speaking with some of the administration I've felt to return. And to show that I am still spry and capable of holding my own, I brought with me goodies. You've may had notice quite a few changes with the forum. Things like more facebook options, twitter being added, and even a brand new easy to use cellphone mobile skin for you iPhone and Droid cell users.

Oh and yes, this is my 999th post.
